Changes for studio appointments

To my amazing cut and colour clients, wedding trial clients and formal hair bookings,

I have made some changes that will be coming into effect as of May 2024.

We have not had a full price rise on some of our services for some time now and due to rising cost of products, tools, electricity and freight costs we have had to increase our prices for our cut and colour services.

It is also the length and time of appointments for services such as straightening and formal blow drys. This will include style cuts that require hair straightening to cut.

As these services are currently not itemised separately there will be new charges apply for the amount of time allocated for longer services which have not always been charged. I will still continue to offer basic blow dry services complementary.

I will also be implimenting a late cancellation fee. This will only be charged for people NOT providing 24 hours notice for a cancellation as I often can not fill that time in a short notice period. Some exceptions will be made for illnesses. Please ensure you are accepting any calendar requests at the time of booking to assist with keeping alocated appointment times.

I thank you for your continued support while I try to navigate keeping prices affordable for families whilst still being able to use quality products and training for a quality service. I love seeing by beautiful clients and so lucky I get to do what I love and for your support for my small business.
